Courtney Kassner, MBA, PMP is the President and CEO of CMKPC, Inc. She graduated the University of Alaska, Anchorage, Magna Cum Laude, with both her undergraduate BA in Finance and Master's Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in data mining and business analytics. She supported herself through her studies working in the customer service industry, developing strong customer relationship skills she still utilizes to this day.

Following a passion for mathematics and analysis, she found her true calling as a project controls engineer at a large engineering and environmental firm providing scheduling and cost analysis support for engineering and remediation projects in every corner of Alaska. Desiring to continue her growth and challenge her abilities, she sought to explore expanding her role into other industries outside of the environmental engineering business line.

Transferring her employment to a large Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) allowed her to expand her knowledge base into various other business lines including engineering, facility operations and infrastructure, construction and other professional services. Specifically, she quickly moved to a leadership role supporting some of the companies most challenging projects within construction. She developed standards for successful customer relationships in the realm of scheduling, forensic schedule analysis, earned value and change control. Courtney managed a large group of project controls engineers working across multiple business lines and geographical locations developing training and professional growth within the company.

Throughout her career she has developed a passion for supporting project success. A life-long Alaskan, surrounded by entrepreneurship and a pioneer mindset, she eventually founded CMKPC, Inc. to expand her portfolio and team of professionals to supporting a wider group of businesses both large and small. She believes that growth cannot be sustained without proper support and strong infrastructure and doesn't believe that should be limited to large businesses. Her proven dedication to strategic foresight, ethical finance, and sustainable growth has proven successful for all professionals she has teamed with.

Courtney is deeply committed to betterment of her community through vision of a better way to do business in prioritization of people over profit. CMKPC, Inc. is structured to allow employees to grow into ownership and profit sharing with the core value that the most precious resource is a company's people.
